Hi my name is Sarah Karim, I am 32 from Akron, Ohio. I am a full-time mom, daughter and a wife.
Here's my 2 1/2 month Thrive Experience:
I have dealt with general discomforts and feeling very overwhelmed with my daily schedule. The daily job that I do would cause me to snack and drink pop, and coffee. I felt due to my job I would feel I have to intake all of this to get me through my shift everyday. The problem is I did all of this and still felt drained, agitated, and not wanting to do anything after work.
Fast forward to how I am feeling now.
The mornings would be so hectic knowing I don't want to get up early at all. I have to get the kids to school by 8 and then I have to be at work at 9. I would feel so worn down knowing I'm on the phones for 8hrs and then come home and help with homework, school activities and then cook.
It was nights I would fall asleep on my breaks and then fall asleep on the couch not even making it to my bed. This experience has changed me so much I am able to go to work, play basketball and other activities my kids are involved in, cook, and be a better wife.
The way that I feel everyday is definitely noticed at work, church, home, and with my family. I have even lost 10lbs. I had a goal to get more energy, along with mental clarity and it has done so much more.
Thrive is hard to explain and you definitely have to experience it to feel like Gold!!!
