I was one of those people that really didn't like to exercise I did it because I knew you should, but I had gotten to the point in my life I really didn't make very much time for exercise.
Needless to say I had packed on some unwanted weight along with that mindset. Now that I have been on this Thrive journey I now have the energy I need and I started exercising. Sometimes I have to be at work at 5am so I get up at 3am just so I can get a hour of exercise in before I go to work, and because I Thrive I know have the energy to do that. I like to get up early and get my exercise in and if I have time I try to make it to the gym as well. I am very happy to say I have been able to shed 50 pounds and keep it off, still working on losing more, I am also gaining muscle.
I have also noticed that I sleep soundly at night. I would like everyone I know to give Thrive a try because if you are like me you won't want to be without your Thrive! My husband also loves Thrive and has lost at least 70 pounds!
