I started my Thrive experience 4 months ago. I needed something but didn't know what.... my good friend reached out to me and I refused to hear it. I was plodding through my days in a low energy, haze. I was drained. I drank coffee and tea all day. I ate refined sweets and carbohydrates. I was moody. I wanted what my friend had, I stalked her Facebook feeds for over a year. When I was ready to change Thrive helped me. Now, I was a day 10 Thriver. I stuck it out and wow!!! Mental clarity, motivation, and energy through the roof! My cravings for sweets and junk diminished, I had energy to play with my grandkids, to ride my horse, clean my house, cook meals for my family. I was happier and my moods improved. My general joint aches were calmed. I started my walking program again. I slept like a baby. I felt rested and ready to go in the mornings. I smiled. I had more of me to give to others. I stopped surving, I was thriving!
