Prior to Thrive I had been experiencing general joint discomfort. Also, on my days off from work, I would be on the couch, napping. I just had no motivation or energy. On the days that I did work, I stopped at Dunkin's on my way in, to grab myself a coffee. Sometimes a small, sometimes a medium, and often, a large. It helped for a few hours, and then the crash came. A few hours into the day, I'd be tired again and hoping a coworker would make a Dunkin's run so that they could bring something back to me. As a bartender, I was on my feet all day, constantly moving. By the end of the day, I'd be feeling my general discomforts. I stopped playing basketball because of them.
Then, about 2 1/2 months ago, a friend introduced me to Thrive. I haven't looked back, since!! Over the course of the last 2 months, I've noticed more energy and motivation, and no cravings for coffee!! My general aches and discomforts have calmed!! I can run and jump with ease again and I can skip up a flight of steps by twos again!!
