Who knew that this simple three step system could give me more energy, calm my little aches, aid my digestion, boost my metabolism, improve my mood and overall inspire me to be a better version of myself each and every day? Within my first month of Thrive I was taking ten-mile hikes, kayaking across rivers and lakes, and going on daily adventures instead of reserving all my energy for naps and the dreaded, tedious hours of work. Better yet I was actually motivated to get up and do something amazing with my time every day.

My mood is better about things I used to actively avoid-I'm not bored in my down time anymore, finding stuff to do-and I have an insane stamina and focus. Work comes easier. Internally and externally I feel great! My skin is clearer, I'm less bloated, more energetic and I am craving all the things that are good for me. I'm still having foods I love, but there's a part of me which is much better at recognizing the change in my metabolism and being okay with having treats just once in a while instead of whenever they're just there.
#Thrive is the first step to get me to realize the way I want to be feeling and reacting to my life. It was the change I needed to pursue all the things I'd say I would do "tomorrow" when tomorrow never came. Now it's here and I’m taking my adventure to the fullest extent every day.
